WW Week 14

Woot, again with the losing! Right now, the 26 points per day and 35 flex a week is working. I would have lost more but I went to a buffet this weekend and had pizza. But I still lost 1.8lb! WOOOOT! I'm so psyched! :) I'm up to 13.05 lb lost in about 19 weeks, 14 of those weeks on WW. I'm going to stick to the 26/day this week, see how things go, and if I need to do Andi's thing of having a day where I go over by like 10 pts to jumpstart my metabolism, I'll start that the week after. But I am going to try and walk this week, keep the milk in and keep eating my Access bars (which are from Melaleuca and help to turn stored fat into energy). WOOT! I'm happy :D
