OMG!
Today was SOOOO great. :D
I went to the "The Purple Rose" theater and seen a play called to "Bus Stop" it doesn't sound to interesting. But I loved it. It just motivated me soo much more to do exactly what i want.
Then after the play, the actors and actresses came out and answered any questions we had. Of course I was 1 of 5 people who asked questions out of like 90 people. I asked many questions.
Q)What Inspires you to continue the hard work of acting?
A)-The audience, to know that this is something special for them :-)
Q)What methods do you use in order to remember every single line?
A)-Repetitive
A)-scroll reading and the director running you through the lines and helping you with each part you need
A)-listening to the other cast members during their part will provoke lines
A)-Moving with the line that your acting, like having certain lines played at certain spots in the scene
A)-Running through the play and having the director write errors down, then later handing that paper to you and you working on the falters
Q)How were you able to get through to this company?
A)Interviewing like any other job.
A)You can take a class through the purple rose and possibly be hired later in the experience (Which is something I'll definitely check out:-)
There is now a little like I have for a boy. He's in Drama II and went on the field trip. Well he's in my American Con Issues class. So, during the hour bus ride there and back we talked. And we sat next to each other while we were at the theater. He found it amusing that I was like the only one answering questions.
I'm quite jealous of him though. He has a photographic memory. Anything that he's read or seen, he's remembered. He goes to youth group on Wednesday as I do. Just not at the same church. He has no religion. But, he goes to a non-denominational church, As I do. He's also very nice for conversation. Someone I get along with very well. I see some potential. But, only time will tell. Not rushing anything anymore ever again :-) Finally got my head on straight.
