I'm amused at the americana of it all but oh, ye gods, was that good steak! Dragon did a dry rub first, with the smoked paprika he's so fond of right now... yummmmmmmmmmmmmy... I'm so in love with that man's cooking.
We topped it off with chocolate chip cookies and vanilla bean ice cream.
