...I've suddenly had this image of a post-appoc world in which the surviviors in a small town move into the local Super Wal-Mart.
Think about it - food, clothing, furniture, weapons. Camping supplies provides cookstoves. And most the food at Wal-marts is packaged stuff that doesn't go bad for years, if not decades.
Wandering editorial thought: How is it that I don't have a tag for "post-appoc?" Well, I do now, but... weird. Like some of my other friends ::waves at qlipoth:: post-appoc is one of my favorite settings.
