Stacy needs to ask herself the question, "What if everybody lied?"

There's somehow that this can get horribly deep.

What if everybody lied?

personal musing, crazy scared upset

There might be.

I have trouble picturing some of my friedn lying, but that might be trust.

Most of them - most people - are usually 10degrees off from the truth. It's a matter of figuring out which direction they're leaning in and adjusting. "Filters."

But being lied to directly is still a depressing and terrifying thought.

i suppose...

can't really relate to the terror. i've gone through life for so long questioning people's motives i've become accustomed to the notion that it's easier to assume most people don't know the difference between a lie and the truth. i reserve judgement until there is no judgement to be made, so i take no unneccessary chances with people i don't know. except maybe the fun kind. =)

plus, it's simply in my nature to be playfully deceptive. though, i don't do it out of malicious intent, or selfish gain - merely to have a little fun, make life more entertaining for myself and the rest. life is a stage, ya know?

Hrm. "Terror." I suppose it's not knowing if I can rely on someone close to me. My own internal judge is so often off that I don't feel I can rely on it, so I need the people closest to me to be honest to keep me on an even keel.

Yeah, it might be, come to think of it.

The closest to me see up to the challange. :-D
