Personal freedom ends where exercising one's freedoms would impinge on another's freedoms.Simple, isn't it? But even that can be used to limit personal freedom too far ( Read more... )

How about my right to see people naked, how far does that get me?

The whole gay marriage rights thing makes me want to scream in peoples (Americans) face "RIGHT TO PERSUE HAPPINESS - isn't that what you people believe?!?"

Ya know, those inalienable rights we're supposed to have untill other people decide to take em away and stuff...

Which, I always thought was kinda kewl, cuz we got no right to justice, just to the pursuit of it in order to make us happy.
