a rant
i fucking hate pc's. i will never buy another microsoft computer for as long as i live. never.
alright so my family's pc crashed last night because it got some virus or something. and so now i've lost all my pictures and my music and my random stuff saved on there. alright, so i have a decent amount of my music on cd's and on my ipod, and some of my pictures are backed up on facebook... and i possibly have my burr pictures, my west virginia pics, and my pcp pics lying around on cd's somewhere? but grrrrr. this is SO frustrating.
also, it's completely my fault. the same thing happened in the middle of eighth grade, so i really should have learned to back up all my data. but it's still frustrating.
anyway, a question: is it normal when you download pictures off facebook that they're only about a quarter of their original size? because it's a problem. if it's just my computer, i'm coming over to someone's house with a bunch of cds and reclaiming all my pictures.
