The condo I'm going to go look at on saturday has been marked down from $238,950 to $229,950. $9,000 less is always good! But then, it was marked down because it wasn't selling, therefore we must ask "why is it not selling?" We shall see!
I wrote an email to the financial advisor that my uncle recommended to me, so hopefully he'll get back to me soon so I can talk to him and figure out what's the best course of action for getting me into a condo.
That's all I have to say for now, I'm proably just going to bum around all day till I have to be at work at 5 cause I don't know what else to do.
