To adopt or not to adopt.

Called to get information on adopting today.  Will be going to an informational meeting on February 9th.  Then, apparently, there is a 12 week course.  I wish I could get over the feeling that this is giving up on the idea of ever having my own child.  But I guess it might be time to do just that. 
Just to make sure - any guy out there interested in donating some sperm???  ;)
