Five positivities on a stressful day
Working from home today to avoid bad weather, but no slacking off here - it's been a very busy day!
1. Went to a LARP-meeting-turned-poker-game at Bernie's house last night, and won $2! Not bad for someone who's played poker, like, twice.
2. True, it's been a stressful day, but at least I have something challenging to work on right now, which is better than being bored.
3. Working from home means working from bed, surrounded by kitties, and playing SWTOR with Matt on my lunch break.
4. Speaking of SWTOR - fun SWTOR blogs I'm reading right now:
- SmuggleGood
- Hawtpants of the Old Republic
- Inquisitor's Roadhouse
- And not specifically a SWTOR blog, but The Border House, a gaming blog "for those who are feminist, queer, disabled, people of color, transgender, poor, gay, lesbian, and others who belong to marginalized groups, as well as allies."
5. It's ketsugami's birthday! Happy birthday to the best (as of yet!) unknown author I know, who entertains me at work almost every day, and is gracious enough to read the crap I write :)
