Dad's insurance called, they said that he's used up his rehab days for the year so they are kicking him out.
He doesn't know how to walk yet.
He hasn't getting his prosthetic leg yet.
He has taken 4 steps on the new leg, it wasn't fit right and they took it back for adjustments.
His physical therapists are very upset, saying he needed another 2-3 weeks to get walking again.
I'm not happy with this.
Not to mention the last rehab place he was at dragged their feet and let him out 5-10 days later than they had to, so that's a whole other week of care and therapy he needed that he can't have now.

Mom found a letter from the rehab place asking to talk to her about his discharge on monday, mom is hopeful dad misunderstood.
I'm not getting my hopes up, the details about the insurance company don't seem like a misunderstanding. Also, if dad misunderstood that bad that means his mind is clouding up, and I don't think we're ready for that.
