(no subject)
This is my 3rd day off in a row. I haven't had more than 1 day off in a row since I started, so this is a rare treat. It wasn't supposed to be like this, but luckily a needy friend at work took my shift so I could stay at the beach with Terry. My lobster-red skin might be cursing my name right now, but I had so much fun I don't really care!
If theres one thing I hate its that feeling of disappointment when all your fun stuff is over for awhile and you're left with nothing but unfun stuff. I'm not going to see Terry for awhile, seeing my friends is completely out of the question, and I work the entire 4th of July weekend (which has always been my favorite holidy, second only to Christmas). Its a blower, but I've got my NC beach trip coming up soon. Too bad I have to spend the whole thing studying for the GRE. Work is going to kill me. I requested the 2nd week in July off for the family NC trip, then the 4th week off for Canada, and now I need 2 days off in between those for the GRE. So I'm basically not even working there in the month of July. Oh well, hopefully I'll make enough money to get by.
