Shopping in Orlando
I hit one of the big outlet malls in Orlando, FL today. I was actually pretty dissapointed. Where were all the great deals? Prices seemed the same as you'd find at retail shops. I did find an adorable pair of strappy sandals and a black pencil skirt. But neither at the cut rate prices I was expecting. I did find a gorgeous dress at the DKNY store that was marked down to $995 (from $5,000). Unfortunately, that was one killer deal I could not take advantage of. :-(
Tomorrow begins a grueling 4 day tradeshow schedule. We're short staffed tomorrow. Hopefully the traffic flow won't be anything we can't handle. 3 people in a 20x20 booth for 5 hours straight is going to be rough. It'll get easier the next two days when the other staffers get into town.
