Back Home

Just a quick post to say I survived my experience in Los Angeles and am back in Austin, Texas. The past week was a stressful one - 8 days on the road, foul mouthed hotel guests, and the tradeshow installation from hell. I'm home for a week before I'm back out on the road. This time in Boston for another tradeshow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Boston show will run much smoother than this past one.

I have not run in two weeks. I'm thinking about attempting a 10 mile run tomorrow morning at 6:00am though. Its awful early... I'm so not a morning person. We'll see what happens.

No real progress made on my knitting projects this week. I did finish the tank I was knitting out of cotton awhile ago. I don't really like it though which is why its jumbled up in a heap still to be blocked. I'm thinking I may throw it into the washing machine on hot to see if it'll shrink up a little bit. Gord's scarf is taking forever. Maybe he'll get in in time for the next Harry Potter movie. When is that coming out? 2006? I can probably hit that. And I've completed the back of my Skully sweater. Still to cast on for the front. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow to give myself a break from the mindless stockinette stich of the scarf.

That's it for me. Wolf out. (haha, Ryan Seacrest's stupid show got cancelled)
