Studying at Stella's
I just left Stella's with Amelia. OMG there was THE most annoying chick ever from the Johnson school blabbing her rediculousness to a younger grad student.
(hm. this is weird to do in a public space. I'm in the library, and I think the guy next to me paused from his work to get a look at the screen. another component to renegotiation of public and private)
Anyway, and on that topic, this woman was blaring about who she is and what she's driven to do.

Response: that's why your kind prefers over-the-counter addictions.
The thing had no concept of public/private. Or maybe she thought, or hoped, that everyone cared. Regardless, as Amelia noted, its a good reminder to keep one's voice down.
