November calendar: Jammy Moments Redux
Pencils down. Yup, the writers strike has begun and it looks like our favorite show is one of the first to shut down production. There is a lot of discussion about it over at MTT on the writer's thread. Take a look if you are looking for more info or a place to commiserate with your fellow Office-fans.
There is also a new site for Office fans who support the strike at officefansforofficewriters.com for folks to show support for Greg, Michael, Paul, Lee, Mindy, B.J., Gene, Jennifer, Justin, Jason, Ryan, Lester and Anthony. There is talk of sending pretzels over to the picket line and other gestures to show our support.
Which (eventually) brings me to the November calendar for Office fans. I originally wanted to celebrate the Jammy goodness we've seen so far in S4, and I eventually narrowed it down to the 'do-overs' of some of great moments from S2 that we've seen now that Pam & Jim are dating.
I was trying to work Thanksgiving into the whole mix, and after reading about the love fest that was the Office Convention in Scranton, I knew I needed to direct that toward the writers who put every "I want to be more than that", "such a dork" and "the eyes are the groin of the head" to paper.
Thanks to Moxie, Sora, Colette and the rest of the MTT folks for locating photos and helping me noodle through this. If this were fanfic, you'd be my betas.
If you are going to print the calendar, I'd recommend the PDF format (7MB). I also recommend using 8.5" x 11" photo paper and the highest quality print settings your printer will allow:
