Back from Vegas.
Vegas was a lot of fun! It was so nice to have a vacation right as all the stress was building up. I took a lot of neat pictures, and saw a lot of cool things. I'd have to say my favorites were the lions at the MGM Grand, and the fountains at the Bellagio. It was really great to see my aunt and uncle again, and staying at their house was so nice! We played bingo almost every night and it was so much fun!
One night we went to P.F. Changs' for dinner, and my fortune cookie said, "A financial venture will turn a profit sooner than expected." That night I won $100 playing bingo! The next night I won $120 on the slots. It was pretty awesome. Granted, I had spent quite a lot already, but it was still fun to win!
My birthday was yesterday, and that was a lot of fun! No big hustle bustle, but I got a cake (Thanks Sarah!) and I got to be with friends! And it was fun, despite being a busy day. :-)
Since being back, its been tough trying to catch up. I'm a week behind on hours at work, not to mention that classes have become so time consuming, I've hardly been able to work the last few days. Its frustrating straddling the line between being a student and needing to work full time. Hopefully it'll get easier as the semester goes on, but for now I'm just trying to play catch up!
