GOS Monthly Sim Challenge- March 2014

I haven't done a GOS Sim Challenge prompt in a while and my 3 previous entries were wiped from the site in the great crash. I really like the participation prize this month so I figured why not see what I could come up with. Like I'm going to say no to a chance to play around in CAS and take a couple pretty pictures... I picked poison A, just 1 sim, but who knows, maybe I'll make one more if I can think of something for one of the other prompts.
