Did anyone read the journal news this morning or lohud.com??? Over the weekend, Someone dropped off 63 kittens at the Mt. Vernon Animal Shelter. They are already over full and may end up having to euthanize some if we animal lovers don't reach out to lend a hand.
Personally, I am going there on Monday, (yes, I have already called and am fostering and adopting several) to help out. If you are reading this and can lend a hand in any way... Donations, fostering, adopting, etc. or know any one who can PLEASE DO!!!! The number and contacts are listed in the article on LOHUD.COM at Kitten article
I am so lucky to have G who understands my need to rescue anyone ( in our case mostly furry people) I can!!! Thanks Smooch!!!
