A good old fandom post.
● I'm reading Homestuck and I am hopelessly in love with it. Everything about it, I mean, the concept, story, characters, the art, everything's just so beautiful and flawless. No, wait, ok, it's not flawless, but still. XD It's pretty awesome anyway. The whole time travel thing and the huge number of characters makes it kind of hard to follow if you don't give it all your attention, but then it's so well done that you don't need to give it attention, it steals it from you.
It's just great, btw. I am desperately in love with Dave Strider because... well, let's say he's just my prototype favorite character on crack. XD I have a soft spot for cool guys. He's so funny. And I ship him with Rose because obviously if I have to ship something then it's gonna be an incestuous relationship. I swear I didn't know they were biological twins, when I started shipping them. Incest fucking follows me everywhere I go, that's the truth.
And! I think I just found my favorite troll. Tavros. I don't know if it has something to do with him being on a wheelchair, it's just-- I saw him, it was love. The whole fantasy!kink thing did the rest, he's just so sweet. And his face, I don't even know. *chuckles*
● I've been reading The Light Of The Day, by Eric Ambler *__* I only have the last two chapters left, and then I'm finished with it, but I'll miss it because it is so funny and adorable. I enjoyed it, the main character's point of view on things was just so funny to read, whatever happened around him was hilarious because it was his voice telling it. I recommend it if you want an adventure novel that keeps you on the line for his entire length and that you end up reading in very few days (though the novel itself's not exactly short) because you just can't bring yourself to stop reading and do something else.
● I'M CRYING BECAUSE I CAN'T EMBED THIS BUT YOU ALL HAVE TO WATCH IT BECAUSE IT'S HILARIOUS AND OMG SO TRUE *CRIES*
● Fler's new video's just so cute and sweet and I don't even know. *weeps* To be totally honest, the song kind of resembles the typical Bushido ballad, with the rap verses and the melodic choir, but the feeling's the right one, it sounds so melancholic and sweet. And all those photos of him as a kid? I was practically beaming love and affection for the whole time. It's just so sweet.
I kind of miss writing about him and the rest of the gang. I talked with melting_lullaby about it and we're both decided on resuming the GD!writing once we get rid of the bigbangitalia, at least.
Which we're gonna do, anyway. We're writing so much *_* I'm happy because I'm really writing a lot and, though I get frustrated every now and then, I'm mostly writing things I like, which is very good.
● I wanted to talk about Sammy and Davide going away, but I just realized a) I need a little more time, and b) I want to do it on a separate post, possibly not at 5AM. I already know what to say about both the transfers, that was very different and all. I just need... time, I guess. I suffered for both of them, in two different ways. But let's say in anticipation that I'm not among the ones who cried over Sammy's sweet words after he went away. And I'm not among the ones that would cut their wrists over Davide going away like him not being at Inter's gonna doom the team forever. I felt sick for a lot of reason, I felt bad and I felt sad, but sweet Jesus Christ it's still a football team we're talking about, it's not gonna die over two players going away, as much as my love for our color's not gonna die for the same reason.
But, as I said, I will talk about the whole matter better in the near future. Stay tuned, I guess? *nervous laughter*
