"You look better than your picture"
Okay, I guess I should take this statement as a compliment? I hope, LOL. I met someone who I know online Saturday night at the bar and this is what he said to me. I've always hated pictures of myself, so I guess this really just tells me I'm not paranoid about how I look in pictures. He was pretty cool.. I kind of knew him already because I've seen him out at bars before, we just never talked in person.
I drank waaaaay too much on Saturday night. People were buying me drinks for no apparent reason! lol I ended up getting sick (and I rarely get sick). The weird thing is that I only get sick when I go to this particular bar so I'm thinking it's something about the bar that makes me sick. I went there for New Year's and got deathly ill. Perhaps I shouldn't drink there anymore.
Sunday I spent at my brother's house planning for my mom's 50th birthday surprise party. It's gonna be a lot of work! I'm cooking most of the stuff myself. What can I say? I'm the best cook. ;) I went out today and got some decorations already. I have to act kind of fast since I'll be away on vacation for a while.. I don't have much time for party shopping. I'm thinking about taking more time off work.. I have plenty of hours to use.
