It's been so long since I last posted, I am not sure what to start with. But I will try.
- On Monday I got my first shot of Moderna vaccine. No serious side-effects, except for a numb pain in the arm, but totally manageable. I feel lucky because our Government decided to give all the population access to the vaccine online platform on the 15th of March. They should have done more to make sure more elderly got vaccinated, especially people in rural areas and also more people with chronic desease - they could get vaccinated before the 15th but the reality is that the access to the platform is not easy, some people can't travel much to a center and many people have wrong information about the vaccine anyway.
- My cats are relatively OK. Freddie is very OK and very naughty. Always doing indoor alpinism. Teea went to the vet yesterday because she has a perianal fistula and is on antibiotic - hopefully she will be fine. She eats well, is active, very cuddly.
- At work I am looking forward to my boss's retirement. I am not sure how the new guy will do, hopefully it can't be worst than it is now. Still some months to go.
- I am spending Easter by myself because my sister has her mother in law over. It's OK, I will probably go visit her on Orthodox Easter at the beginning of May. I will have more days off then anyway. Anyway, I am making Easter sweet bread - I have left the dough to rise as I write and yesterday I painted the eggs. For those of you who are not on my FB, here are the eggs and the respective Easter bunny - Freddie.
I used lace to decorate the eggs, but somehow it's invisible on the yellow and red ones...
