I'm not watching the World Cup this year. Romania isn't in it and I find myself without any favorites anyway. All in all, I hope the underdog team wins. Any underdog. But since the event gets so much attention, I decided to make a football post myself. Only it's not football as such. It's another of the series " they don't make football players

Chivu is sweet and pretty, but not what I consider sexy. And I can't find any sexy pic of him right now :( I read he's gonna have a baby boy.

He isn´t one to show off his body, alas! Once after a match he took of his T-shirt and I´d love to have taken a picture but was too far away, alas.. he IS cute thoug!

I'm rooting for Team America, but I know how this usually goes...

Actually, the other day I went out to a sports bar type place with a friend to eat, during the England/US game, and there were actually people there shouting and rooting and otherwise cheering, waving an American flag, for us. I was pretty shocked, since I'd never seen anyone give a rat's ass about the World Cup over here before. Of course, this being the South, we don't really care about too much other than college football.

Hehe, you'll see soccer fever taking over America! Baby steps, baby steps! If the US team gets lucky at the World Cup, it will be an explosion in America!
