I've spent most of the morning and part of the afternoon reading, which is something that should quite surprise you!
Not because I don't like reading or I don't have enough time- even if I often don't,lol- it's just that it's hard for me to find books I really,I mean really like.
I love (auto)biographies,I absolutely adore them,I've spent summer days reading about Agatha Christie's life,or Sylvia Plath's diaries, and now I've found
Doris Lessing's autobiography of her first 30 years.
It's SO interesting, like, she lived in Africa when she was little and in the first half of the book she talks about her life there and all the things she did/saw,and she's so good at writing you can practically feel the smell of the trees, you can see the sunset from her window, you are there with her in her errands in the surroundings.
I nearly cried when she described the years she spent in an awful convent, just because it was the nearest school her parents could afford.
I was so caught up in this book I lost track of time AND lunch, lol!
And thennn,I want to go to some record store to buy Matteo's album,I want it SO bad,and I think the last time I bought an album was like...last year?I don't even remember!
OH and the new Green Day single,"Know your enemy"!!It's BRILLIANT,I love it and I want their new album.
RIGHT NAO.ahgshajshagh.*Key!smash of excitement*
I have to go now,I feel like that book's calling me... "...read me....read me...."
*runs to the bed and starts reading*
