Well, it's been two weeks since I got back to Carleton from Geebs. It's really great to be back here, although it was nice to be home...yeah...I think I've had this conversation before so I'll just leave it at that...good story.

I think I have a tapeworm, I've been eating and eating these past couple days and I am still always really hungry. Fortunately none of the other symptoms of tapeworm have manifested themselves...I'll keep you posted, I'm sure you're all waiting on the edge of your seat to hear the results...lol.

This weekend was pretty fun, it was great to see Rachel in Northfield (finally!) and, although it was really super cold, it was fun to go traying again. I also saw two good movies...Gattaca - early Jude Law but more importantly with Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman. Good movie, kind of weird/futuristic. And then I saw Garden State for the second time. It was amazing how much more I enjoyed the movie this time I saw it, I just don't think I was in the right mood when I saw it for the first time, but it really is an awesome movie with a super soundtrack. I got a lot of homework done this weekend...more specifically today. I was at the libe for a total of about four hours and also finished a paper back at the dorm.

Alias update - Kristen and I are now a good ways into Season Two, shouldn't be long now before she is all caught up, I feel so accomplished at having addicted yet another person to that great show. As far as last week's episode goes, I liked it, Syd's party for Weiss was very cute, her apartment rocks my socks. I guess I agree with Ellen, I'm not sure how I feel about Nadia stepping in on Syd's female dominance. Jack Bristow....what a guy....he has some real issues though. I'm glad Weiss is in, he's quickly becoming one of my favorite characters. I also liked the character development with Marshall and Vaughn...good things.

Let's see....what else is going on.....not a whole lot....lots of schoolwork....lots of tennis.....two weeks from today is our first day of offical season practice! I still have to turn in the note from my knee doctor giving me permission to compete, oh well, I'll get around to it, I think I just like how the note sits on my desk and the words "discharged" stare back up at me...sure it's not 100% healed but I'll take what I can get.

Around here we (as in Kristen and two friends of our's) have been talking a lot about rooming in a quad next year, which would be super awesome. Lottery numbers for room draw come out on Feb. 2, wish me luck!

Anywho...hope everyone is having fun back at school or still in Geebs or wherever you happen to be. Alias time! And food time...I'm really hungry...damn tapeworm....
