So now I'm home... and am not cured. This is what I think: relationships make you dumb and lame. That is as much as I can come up with. They make you want to talk about how cool the person you are dating is and how neat they are and all of the cute little things that they do. And if you are cynical, like me, you think to yourself "Where is the nearest tall thing I can hurl myself from before I have to listen to any more of this drippy crap?"

Or before you turn into one of those people yourself.
