I love Dave Tree. he just seems like such a great, typical Aussie *bloke*. He's kind hearted, and a bit stunned by all the attention but you can see he isn't a media whore at all and he's always trying to credit other people and draw attention to the efforts of the wildlife sanctuaries.

Yeah, he's such an Aussie bloke, a bit rough, not the most articulate, but a very good soul! *g* I think he's a bit overwhelmed by it all, but remains very down to earth. It was lovely to hear him say he loved Australian wildlife, even though it was obvious from his actions already. I was all awwww ...
