More booty...
This time delayed Christmas booty goodness. Wound up over at Books a Million (BAM) with the sis (
smctyre216) yesterday - she had one of their discount cards and I had not only another gift card burning a hole through the proverbial wallet but cash too. >_<;;; not the best combination. Didn't so much as find fun stuff as hopefully useful stuff. You guessed it, more books on writing.

But I have the other two in the series (and like them) and
shay_writes likes the series, so figured they were worth it. So now to go along with my, Plot & Structure and Dialogue I also have Description & Setting and Characters, Emotion & Viewpoint. Saw a You know you're a writer when... book that I looked at for a while. It was funny and entirely too true (two of them were, 'you know ten synonyms for blue' and 'you carry a thesaurus in your purse or backpack' ^__^;;;). Decided against it since it was $10 and really rather small.
Looking forward to the Tuesday meeting of the pimp yeti/writing club. Mom had forgotten about it when I mentioned it. >_<;; Found the assignment for the 2YN class, but not sure what to do for it...thinking I might try to do something for Wiz and Pyr - dunno.
Well, we're about to head out for some Chinese food for breakfast. See you all on eljay again later. ^__^
