Bad Uber! No Biscuit!
So... I was in Harvard Square for Reasons, and summoned an Uber to get home. As you probably know, Uber provides its drivers with an app that gives them directions and other info. In this case, the app gave bad directions in Medford, and again in Malden. It was an Uber pool, and I don't know Medford well, so I didn't spot the problem with the first set of directions until we were well and truly lost. The second set of bad directions was close to home, so I could correct them. The whole trip took about twice as long as projected.
This would be bad enough, but when I sent Uber a message about it, they sent me back a rout reply about placing a pick-up pin correctly.
And when I responded to that message with a more irate message saying they had misread me, they sent the same stupid message again.
Switching to Lyft.
