Lirulin's in the kitchen, sitting on the floor with a small pack of puppies surrounding her and, more importantly, the plate of food that she's set out for them. You can see the muddy, snowy footprints of where they came in, and she is attempting to clean and dry the puppies that made them as well as she can, picking them up one by one and

*Rhad is about as mature as a puppy, himself, and lets loose the slightly more masculine version of a squee when he sees them* PUPPIES! *kneels instantly to get closer to them and pet*

*-- looks up and laughs* Careful, a few of them are still a mess.

Oh, who cares? Dirt comes off easy. *picks one up and makes a kissing noise at it* Hi there, widdle puppy. Hi! *attempts to kiss it on the nose*

Puppy: *barks at him and wiggles in his hands*

*amused* I like you. What's your name?

Oooh, he's a barker. Little loudmouth. Awwww.

I'm Rhad! You can call me Rhadamanthos if you want, but most people don't want, including me. What's yours?

*laughs and catches another puppy* I'm Lirulin, but most just call me Liru.

Long names are stupid anyway, and only the stupid use them. Case in point: my brother. *ruffles the puppy and blows in its face*

I'm glad you don't. I already have a family that uses way too many of them.
