Wok This Way

I’ve been making these frozen stir fry kits that you find in the frozen section at the grocery store. They come in a bag and have all the meat, veggies, rice and sauce and stuff you need. sexynathteacher likes them and I’ll actually eat my veggies when they’re presented in such a fashion.

Well this week I got a hair and decided that I could probably do that a little closer to scratch than all that. So I bought me some chicken, some frozen stir fry veggies, some rice and a bottle of Iron Chef brand sesame garlic glaze. Turn’s out that it’s ridiculously easy to do. I grilled the chicken, sliced it up, tossed it into a wok-esque frying pan we got for Christmas with the veggies, fried it up on high with some oil for about 7 minutes added my glaze and bada bing! Just zapped some rice and sesame chicken! It worked out pretty good and the family seemed impressed, so I think that this will work into the rotation for sures.
