I wanted to come and write here because it is fun going back into time and seeing what I wanted to come in here and write about. My disassociation with people is going ok. I have plenty of friends, I just really don't seem them all that much and they are people that appreciate me very much and it means the world to me when I can have time who knows when and enjoy my time around them. Beyond that having time to be around less time doing what I need to be doing along with listening to music which was cool to do at work lately. My new job I am basically all on my own, I have my own computer, the two machines I operate and my own area and I totally take charge of music in that area. I can't play very much stuff with multiple electronic instruments as the speakers suck and can't play stuff too quite as I can't hear it lol. I go in wearing whichever shirt and my official work pants are UFO's. They all know now I am hoop maker, and they've always thought me to be weird anyway but they know I love my job, or at least I hope they do... because I do and I am glad to be back to 2nd shift. My music... as soon as the date for the Keene Music Festival was posted I thought for sure I was going to be performing at it, well at least during it at Prime Roast to use their video projector and screen as I am going to be much more than music but I need to mix into the visual arts as well. I also have been getting very expansive into improvisation have been doing some awesome things in music. Just learning chord structures and experimenting with the chords and scales. I have been turning classical into jazz and blues into ragtime and adding more the music I know I how to play. Anyway I am not ready yet. I have been practicing about once a week but that time I practice, magical things happen. I am also finding that piano is an amazingly portable instrument as I can go right up to the spinet in the side room and just sit down, play and fuck up. I was also up at relatives house in the Lakes Region and they had a beautiful small upright which I immediately started to play. The reason I haven't been able to play so much is because of hula hoops and feeling burdened by them but I now realize that work has been hectic too as for over a month I have been not on my normal shift. I have had to make hoops though and keenehoops.net is almost online at least the first version before I have to remake the whole side panel and figure out the email and the forum, along with setting up tables to display pictures and other things. OH! I also have a cool vacation type thing soon. Besides now from starting to work around 6 days a week as long as long as nobody else wants to do my work during that overtime day or at least if I am only working one machine but still getting paid ... August 9th I am heading to Coney Island to hopefully go to Astroland as long as Terry got the day off then go see Daft Punk in...
OMG!!!!!!OMG!!!!!!!! That skyjump and the rings are on my Phish live from Keyspan Park set!!! Ok I get it now.
Then I am headed to Stellafane in Vt. The following week I am going to Camp Bisco :)
Then I need to go back to 6 days a week har har. I want a Techniques and other things to improve my inner being and my performance. Pianist/rewriter/remixer/vj/dj.
