The fights not over yet...........

People who jumped on the "PS3 is dead" bandwagon......may want to jump off soon.

Big news, the PS3 will now have rumble in the controllers and force feedback in wheels etc. Sony finally settled with Immersion. This get's rid of my fear of no force feedback with GT5.

Blu Ray is also now destroying HD-DVD thanks to the PS3, movie sales are 2:1 over HD-DVD. This is also helped by reviews stating that the PS3 is equal if not greater then any of the current high end Blu Ray players which cost much more.

I spent close to an hour reading at Barnes & Noble today through all the gaming mags. And it looks like analysts are expecting the PS3 to win this generation with the 360 trailing and the Wii in last. For a few reasons....

The PS3 has been a stronger seller the PS2 was on launch.
There is a giant wave of "must have" games coming out by the end of this year, which will push sales.
Currently the PS3 is selling as good as the 360 was.
Developers are stating that they are only using about 1/2 of the PS3's potential and that it has a good deal more power then the 360.
Sony just announced the Sony Home. An online community through the PS3, like the Sims/Mii, which looks to be awesome.
The PS2 is currently selling better then the next gen consoles, and they believe it's due to people waiting for the PS3 to get more games, this is also why people are buying the Wii.

Also, a article showing strengths/weaknesses of the Wii.

A video of Sony Home

I think the ball is starting to roll, and the naysayers will soon enough be eating their words. I stand by my prediction PS3>360>Wii
