From my criminal law professor...I suspect some factors are missing, but this is what he sent:
For each characteristic, the subject is given a score: 0 for "no," 1 for
"somewhat," and 2 for "definitely does apply." The threshold (cut score)
for a diagnosis of psychopathy is most often set by clinicians at 27.
Factor1: Personality "Aggressive narcissism"
* Glibness/superficial charm
* Grandiose sense of self-worth
* Pathological lying
* Conning/manipulative
* Lack of remorse or guilt
* Shallow affect
* Callous/lack of empathy
* Failure to accept responsibility for own actions
Factor2: Case history "Socially deviant lifestyle"
* Need for stimulation/proneness to boredom
* Parasitic lifestyle
* Poor behavioral control
* Promiscuous sexual behavior
* Lack of realistic, long-term goals
* Impulsivity
* Irresponsibility
* Juvenile delinquency
* Early behavior problems
* Revocation of conditional release
I think I score a seven (1 for glibness, 2 for grandiose sense of self worth, 1 for shallow affect, 2 for need for stimulation, 1 for poor behavior control). What do you score?
