So in the afternoon I meet with my agent, then we meet the property person and close on my new home. Fucking huge and a steal since the market is where it's at. No numbers discussed here. For the record to those who didn't believe...I wasn't lying about $. For now this will do, cuz Tampa is, and Always there. (probally going down for Fetish con).
