Sunday Mornings...
Well, I've taken my medication, and all is well again. Haha.. that was a joke. ;) I do feel better. I talked with Jenni, and she cheered me up. I've been very tired lately, mostly because I now have two jobs, and starting Tuesday, I"ll have three... and classes to go to. Thankfully, the second is only for a few weeks, and then after that, if they need me, and I can summon the will power, I might work a few days. I'm working in the Chatt State bookstore, so any of you lovely students that want to come see me.. please feel free to stop by. But NOT on the 24th!!!! That's RUSH. ...no one wants to be there on that day. Ugh.
So! I went to Nashville on Wednesday.... it was great. I wasn't sure at first... it took so much for my mom to let me go, I was forced to make a list of names and phone numbers in case she couldn't reach me. That scared me first of all, because sometimes, my signal is dodgy, so it doesn't ring, just goes straight to voicemail... and I knew she'd wig out... and start calling all kinds of people... but she promised not to. Then, they wanted me home by like, 9:30.... thats crazy. I was gonig to try and stick to it, however, we went to a movie, and forgot about the time change, and we weren't getting home at 9:30... so .. then we were hungry, and since Jenni doesnt eat fast food, we ate at Friday's... and when I called my parents to tell them that, the wigged... and it was hellacious. So, I was upset about that, and let Clayton borrow my keys to get into my car, and he walks back into the restaurant solemnly like a wounded puppy, and asks if I have a spare key... which I didn't. I couldn't believe it. I sat stunned. Josh didn't know what to say... I think he was trying to make me feel better, but couldn't find the right thing to say... lol. So, we waited what seemed like another hour and a half for AAA to come, luckily, Jenni had her card with her... and got my keys out. We finished eating, and by the time we left, it was about 10:30 my time. Ouch. Oh, I should mention that there was a horrible accident on I24, and that was also a delay... since I didn't have gas enough to sit in traffic, we waited it out in the restaurant. So, I dropped Jenni and Clayton off at Jenni's house at 12:45, and I was home by 1:10am. :::wince::: I was in trouble, needless to say. But all in all, it was a good thing to have done. We had a blast with Josh, I proved I could drive to Nashville and back.. and all is well. Yea.
It was a little strange at first.... meeting Josh. It's sorta weird putting an unfamiliar face and mannerisms with a familiar voice. :) He's cute, though. :) We had a blast... and he fit right in with the three of us... I was trying to read anything and everything that I could from him before giving any kind of flirtations on my part... and Leigha made a comment.. well, maybe he felt the same way... I don't know. He seemed to be ok with us.. no hug for me, or anything.. that would have been nice... but seeing as it was our first meeting.. it's ok. I don't know what will happen with all of this, however... so.. keep a sharp eye. ;)
