Feeling inquisitive
THEORY: People only ration toilet paper when the roll is almost out.
HYPOTHESIS: People are lazy. They don't want to refill the toilet paper. They will even go days with out doing it and just use the bathroom kleenex until someone else refills it. Why do people only ration the toilet paper when it's low? Why not all the time?
CONCLUSION : People are lazy. Rationing of the toilet paper should occur at all times not just when the roll is about to run out.
