FYI: Today is the last day to bid over at Sweet Charity so if you want to both donate to a Very Worthy Cause (aka RAINN) and bid on a variety of fun goodies, both of the fandom and non-fandom varieties, then you'd better scurry on over there ASAP.
Plus, you could even pony up to *gasp* purchase my services. And believe you me, I'm more than worth the price. ;-)
In other news, I kind of went accessory crazy last week and spent oodles of money I don't have on shiny thinge to wear on my fingers and in my ears. I used to wear a ring all of the time and I've missed having something to fiddle with. It was ridiculously easy to walk away with more than a handful of sparkly new toys. And I even amused myself by literally being distracted by something shiny while I was shopping. It was a lot of fun.
By the way, you know you live in Michigan when you wake up to snow on the ground (in late March) and later in the day you go to the store wearing only a sweatshirt and see that everyone else is dressed the same. After the winter we've had anything over 30F is a tropical heat wave.
