(no subject)
TGIF, babes. I've got a 4-day weekend, a new apartment to finish moving into and a hiyacynth coming up so I've been in a state of constant anticipation for this day for a couple weeks now. It feels damn good to finally get here.
The Big Lug called me last night at 0 dark:30 and it spurred all sorts of sibling-type thoughts which I'm having trouble writing up, so I'll leave it be for a while. Maybe I'll turn it all into a nice little SPN meta and have done with it. They say that fiction can be truer then fact and there's a lot of truth in that statement. Sometimes it's easier to explain or describe things when they're a step removed from one's everyday reality. Writing is it's own kind of therapy.
Ha! Just found a dog hair in my work keyboard. The Pup has the power to shed across time and space!
This is for my reference, primarily.
* 'All Stories End' (aka Ron's tale of Angst and Woe) - Have you ever been mortally afraid to write a scene? The climax is what is holding me up on this one. So.aggravating.
* Pirate ficathon - I'm not giving anything away about this one, except that if it works it'll be great and that it can almost be considered original fiction. Wow.
* SPN/BSG crossover - So what would happen if Dean came and got Sam and insted of Jess dying the Cylons came? Good times. Well, not good times for them but definitely for me.
* Hayley post Wendigo - How does your life change after everything you thought was true is proved to be a lie?
* Dean/Impala OTP - A story might not actually come of this but it needs to be said.
If you'll notice, my Multiverse fic is not on that list because it is done and only needs an edit before it is sent off to its new home.
I spent all of last night having dreams about how I am too fat. It is past time to get out of my mother's house, boy howdy. In related news, I love this pair of jeans to death, they fit like they were made for me.
*counts down minutes till quitting time*
