Tonight I watched CNN Presents: Nuclear Terror. It has been three years after September the 11th, despite the attention paid to homeland security, has the threat of nuclear terrorism actually grown worse? One Professor from Harvard said that he thinks the threat of a nuclear attack is enough to "significantly lessen the life expectancy rate of people living in NYC and DC."
