My best friend, Jenn, and I left Saturday afternoon and began our drive from Jackson, MS to Tennessee. The roadtrip consisted of homemade chocolate cupcakes, favorite music, Dane Cook cd's, etc. We spent the night with a friend in the Memphis area and continued the trip Sunday morning. We spent two days shopping the Opry Mills Mall which was huge. The show was Monday night, and needless to say, it was so. much. fun. We were very satisfied with 8th row orchestra and I came away with the "I believe in peace, bitch" tote bag because you know I had to buy something. We got up the next morning and made the 6 hour trip back home. We realized we ate cheeseburgers, fries, and chocolate everyday, most notably at Steak N'Shake which we don't have near us. The biggest potential disaster took place Saturday before we left. I could NOT find my bank envelope with my cash and tickets which I had earlier that day. Found it in the damn garbage which must have happened in my cleaning rampage. Aaah fun times. I'm so glad I took off work today to rest up. You know you're getting old when you look forward to the next time you get your butt kicked at the gym by the tone/sculpt instructor.
