Pretty much you get put on a team, you do challenges and try to win as many points for your team as you can.

The first one that I joined, which was cw_land, it ranged from a spam post where you just spammed the shit out of it and hoped to God your team spammed the most, to writing a fic, to creating a soundtrack, and we even played Mafia, which was a lot of fun.

I think you should just try one out and see how you like it.
