In which I visit the Lone Star State

Last weekend was spent back in Texas/on a bus. My big brother graduated from college, so I made the trip down to see him be awesome. I took Friday off from work, so I spent late-night Thursday to Friday evening on a bus. Spent the rest of that evening with my bestest at the Cheesecake Factory and shopping for gift bags for my brother's gift. Saturday was spent getting ready for, heading down to, and coming back from said graduation, and then heading to graduation dinner at The House of Blues (mediocre food set at high prices). By 2AM Sunday morning, I was back at the bus station to head back to Atlanta. In the end, 36 out 66 hours were spent on a bus. Exhausting.

However, it was so good that I went home. I never get homesick so I don't think about how much I don't go home. I had not been back in Texas for a year and half, so it was good to see family. It was also good to see my brother pass a major stepping stone (he's been in college longer than I have if you can believe it).

Yay for family, but yay for being back in the ATL!

Remember to love.
