the moving days are over.
living in somerville with the boy now. yep. nick and i moved into our new place november 28th or something. it's fantastic. 2 bedroom, big eat in kitchen, dinging room, super cozy living room and computer room. the second bedroom which does have a bed in it is being used as a music room. the place is awesome. 15 minute walk to harvard square. grocery store right across the street, the second night we lived here was the only time i've been grocery shopping in like 8 months. there was no store near my place in JP that i could get to without a car. anyhoo, things are great with us. he starts school at AI on monday and i'm still working like a dog. i'm hoping to get into school for the fall. maybe spring of next year. i've got to save up some money.
I spent my first christmas with out my family. we did christmas in newton at nick's parent's it was great, but i felt weird. first time in 22 years that i didn't wake up to my mom on christmas and the first one in 13 year i didn't see my brother. however they came over a week ago and we had our own little 2cd christmas. it was nice. my mom got us tons of artwork for the kitchen and dinging room. i'm very excited about that. for new year's eve nick and i were totally lame. we could hardly stay up til midnight. but we made it and rang in the new year with a nice kiss and then crashed. haha. we're like old folk. i don't care though. we're happy.
well i've got to hop in the shower. heading to the cambridge side galleria for some shopping. i don't really have money to spend, with owing my old landlord 1000 so he'll take me off the damn lease, but i need to buy a few things so whatever. what can ya do?
