So those Blackhawks that stole my heart are currently playing the New Jersey Devils.
The first just ended and it's 1-0 Devils, still early so we can turn this around.
Anywho, our halloween Blackhawks costumes were a hit! Paige went as Duncan Keith and I was Patrick Kane and totally made it look like I was bleeding from where he had just been highsticked and even had a mouthgaurd out on the side of my mouth for the majority of the evening. I'll post some pictures once they're uploaded.
But in more important news, we went up to Chicago on Friday and had the opportunity of meeting Nick Boynton, Jordan Hendry, Jake Dowell (who is doing some major work this season!) and DUNCAN KEITH.
Meeting Keith was of course the highlight seeing how it was my first time meeting him and he was super awesomely nice. We wanted to tell him our joke soo bad but an 8 year old was present so we kept things G.
I used the same poster from our previous game just so I have all of my autographs in one place haha:
I won't be back in the city until the 13th/14th and that just seeems soo far away.
