Shopping, etc...
Yesterday Corlia (evil prefect) chased me down and grabbed my bag, which entertained Liezl, in order to scream at me for my skirt being too short. I was annoyed. Corlia was known for her short skirt!
Yesterday after school I went to Menlyn. I love shopping! I got a blue version f a black op I got three years ago, stunning shoes and top at Hilton Weiner and I managed to find an evening gown for the matric dance thingy. It was a little bit irritating trying on dresses because they were all too big for me, enough so to consider the suggestion of getting a mini dress. But we took the dress to the dressmaker today and she’s making it smaller. I also got a scary stick-on bra thing today. Entertainingly from Glomail! It was a bit embarrassing to buy, though, because two male shop assistants spent ages staring at my chest trying to decide about whether or not the size I knew would fit me might be too small.
School wasn’t too bad today. We helped Miss Ardendorff draw and paint the backdrop type efforts for next week’s production on the stage wall so we got to skip a lot of class. It was really fun climbing up high on the ladder. Unfortunately Andro and Francois stood below me and I wasn’t thinking about the fact that I was wearing a skirt…
