I figured I should update with happier events. I got tired of looking at that last depressing entry.

Yesterday was the UNC vs. Duke football game, a home game. So I went with a few of the suitemates and two guys from another floor. It was pretty cold. I know I'm biased, being a UNC fan/student, but Duke really sucks at football. I know Duke fans who will agree with that one. So it should have been an easy win for us. Except that it wasn't. At one point, Duke was even winning! The refs were a bunch of douchebags, anyway. I got bored about half-way through the game because I just do not have the attention span for a 4-hour game, seriously. Well, actually, I was more just tired of standing up, not actually bored. I was too aggravated with how the game was going to be bored. But we pulled it out in the end, 24 to 21. It was seriously too close. If we had lost, it would have been a sad, sad day in UNC football history. Not that we're that spectacular, either.

Then we were at the mall for a little bit. Afterwards, we were hungry, so Kim's fiance Kevin drove us to the McDonald's on Franklin Street. He parked, and as I was getting out, I noticed a little dog, like a wiener dog or a beagle, I think, in the car next to us. It was 10 o'clock at night, like 30 degrees outside, and the dog had been left in there. I felt bad for it, so I was standing next to the driver's side window, cooing at it. Kim comes up next to me, and we're aww'ing at it together. And then suddenly, this little demon dog bares its teeth at us and lunges toward us! The stupid thing slammed its face against the window lmfao But it scared the absolute shit out of me and Kim! And it just kept barking at us. Evil mutt, no wonder it was left in the car in the freezing weather. Jeez. And I had actually felt bad for it! Ridiculous.
