I've read this story some months ago. Everything I read now was readily recognizable, only I could not guess what came next. It went like that for almost half the huge page and then I remembered something of the future development. Good. So, I can stop now.
I was reminded of Arsenic by wonderfulwrites and I went to see the list of his stories. Productive as Heinlein. I am especially fond of his "Rule of Law", but I was now reminded of his series "Care of Magical Creatures", a threesome Hermione/Snape/Lupin. I remember the atmosphere, but I don't plan to revisit it. So many fics, so little time.
