Furniture??!
Well I bought a bookcase and a desk, and they're being delivered on wednesday, 'cause even with help I would never have managed to get them back on the bus or tube. They cost less than I'd expected they would.
This is good.
And tonight I shall be returning to the awesomely cool game of Exalted I was playing this spring in London.
This is definitely good.
Also, I bought weird-coloured candles.
Now I am going to go and get changed and heat up some soup. Mmm, soup.
(the only negative thing, really, is that I hit my little toe on my right foot yesterday afternoon, but very hard but at a strange angle or something, and it still hurts now, so I sort of squeak occasionally and apparently at random as I walk. :P)
And... the furniture comes from Ikea. I had never, ever set foot inside an Ikea before this day. It was... fearful. With the arrows telling you that YOU MUST GO THIS WAY and the crazy shape of the building and the way the maps of the place bear little or no resemblance to its actual layout... *giggle*
