So, Genesis ended Sunday. It was so sad leaving. I don't remember crying so much in one day. But alas, all beautiful experiences must come to an end. Eventually, we must all return to our lives as we know them but I'll always have the memories of those experiences and the friends I've made. It was amazing. I'll never forget it.
On to the more interesting stuff perhaps, I didn't hook up with anyone. Yes, I know, you're all so disappointed. Heh...c'est la vie, n'est-ce pas? Well, I'm looking forward to going home. I'm in the Washington DC burbs right now visiting my grandparents. I went to NYC right after I left and then Wednesday I was in Pennsylvania looking at a few schools. J'adore Swarthmore.
It'll be really nice seeing all of you guys even if it is in the context of academic learning. I've been reading entries from the past few days and they're all so negative. Cheer up guys. Just think, some of us are halfway finished with our high school careers and others are 3/4 finished. I know it doesn't make things better but just try to think of at least one positive thing about starting school. Ok, I'm off my pedestal. I've got so much freakin' work to do. I read about 10 pages while I was away. As you can imagine, I'm slightly screwed. So, if you call to hang out, which you should, against my better judgement, I'll drop the books and go out to play.
Ok, babes, I'm out. I hope you guys continue to have a nice summer. Remember, September's around the corner, so have as much fun as you can.
Je vous aime!!!
